Halil Vurucuoğlu was born in 1984. He graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University in 2007. In the same year, he began his master’s degree at his alma mater. In 2008, Vurucuoğlu had his solo exhibition Bambu in Dirimart, Istanbul. He has also participated in several group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad.
